Further development of the ideas
After the idea phase, the city’s experts will review the submitted ideas and evaluate whether the idea fits in the budget and fulfils the criteria or not. A note will be left on each idea to explain whether it can be implemented or not. The notes and justifications can be found under “Ideas” on the idea’s page.
The ideas will be developed together with residents to create plans that will proceed to the vote. You can participate in the further development by commenting on the idea online or by joining the workshops. Workplaces will be held:
- Aug. 19 Mikkola workshop (Mikkola school, Vegan canteen, Venuksentie 2)
- Aug. 24 Havukoski workshop (Koivukylä citizens' house, Hakopolku 2, former Kirnu)
- Aug. 25 Länsimäki workshop (Länsimäki school canteen, Pallastunturintie 27)
The workshops will be held at 17:30-19:30.
If the coronavirus situation prevents arranging of the workshops on the spot, they will be arranged by Teams remote access. The way of implementing the workshops will be decided in early August.
The workshops will handle ideas submitted by residents. The ideas will be combined, modeled and specified, so that the end result is plans that will be voted on.
